Good loops need good people over them.
In future there will be loops and loops: AI loops for coding, testing and integrations, running all day. They are fast and tireless. They are also confidently wrong in ways only an experienced engineer will notice. So we put people over them.
We work in the open. You can watch the loops run, read every review note, and click a demo at the end of every cycle. Nothing merges without a person who read it, and nothing is saved up for a reveal.
